From that moment, the BUFF® Montjuïc Tibidabo 21K takes you on an unforgettable journey — the most challenging and spectacular urban race in Barcelona. FROM MOUNTAIN TO MOUNTAIN, THROUGH THE HEART OF THE CITY 21 kilometres. 640 metres of positive elevation gain. Half asphalt, half trail. A route that crosses Barcelona vertically, from Montjuïc to Collserola, passing through some of the city's most iconic landmarks: the Olympic Stadium, the Magic Fountain, the Poble Espanyol, the elegant streets of Sarrià... until the course dives into the wild forest of the Parc de Collserola, finishing at the magical Parc de l'Oreneta. This is not just a race. It is a journey through two completely different worlds — the vibrant urban energy of Barcelona and the untamed nature that surrounds it — all in a single morning. A RACE WITH SOUL AND PURPOSE The BUFF® Montjuïc Tibidabo is a tribute to the Carrera de la Amistad, created by Francesc Mates, an entrepreneur and athlete from Sants who dreamed of connecting these two mountains. His legacy lives on in every edition. And with every registration, a donation goes directly to the Recovery and Sustainability Campaign of the Parc de Collserola. Running here means caring for the place you run through. SERVICES INCLUDED Your registration includes bib with chip, mobile bag drop (leave your belongings at the start in Montjuïc and collect them at the finish in Parc de l'Oreneta), hydration at km 7.3, km 14.3 and at the finish, medical insurance, a donation to the Patronat de Collserola and a Welcome Pack with drinks and snacks at the finish line.
