By creating an account, listing a bib for sale, purchasing a bib, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
User Eligibility
To use Bibready services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Creation and Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms
- One person may maintain only one active account
Bib Listings and Transfers
When listing a bib for sale or purchasing a bib, you agree to the following terms:
- All listings must be for legitimate race bibs that you have the right to transfer
- You must comply with the race organizer's official transfer policies
- Bibready facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for completing the official transfer process
- Listing information must be accurate and not misleading
- Pricing must be reasonable and reflect the actual value of the registration
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on Bibready:
- Selling bibs for races that do not allow transfers
- Selling bibs at excessive markups above the original registration price
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent policies
- Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users
- Using automated systems or bots to access the platform
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of Liability
Bibready serves as a platform to connect bib sellers and buyers. We are not responsible for race policies, cancellations, or disputes between users. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Bibready after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
