Narrow trails among oaks and pines, technical descents and climbs that make you sweat: La ReHòstia Navàs is the most demanding and competitive side of mountain biking in Central Catalonia. Designed for experienced riders, it leaves Navàs and links singletracks with the Romanesque landscape around the village. The La Romànica Navàs routes follow the GR-176, the Ruta de les Vint Ermites, past Romanesque hermitages, farmhouses, forest tracks and country lanes in Central Catalonia.
