UltraHélike 100k 2027

Palm groves, Mediterranean beaches, salt marshes and the countryside of Elche set the scene for the UltraHélike 100k, a 100 km solidarity ultra that circles the whole municipality and reaches its third edition in 2027. The course climbs around 1,150 metres over every kind of terrain, from asphalt and dirt paths to rocky sections and beach, with eleven aid stations, two field hospitals and a change bag waiting at km 50 in Arenales del Sol. The race starts at 08:00 on Saturday 27 February 2027 from Plaza de Baix, in the heart of Elche, and finishes on Paseo de la Estación, with a time limit of 24 hours. Runners collect their bib and a commemorative garment at the Runner's Fair the day before, every finisher receives a medal, and a large part of the proceeds goes to a charitable cause.
