Bib pickup: at the expo on Paseíto Ramiro. The planned 2027 times are Friday 17:00 to 20:00, Saturday 07:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, and early on Sunday for that day's races. Equipment: In the Sprint road bikes, mountain bikes without aero bars or city bikes are allowed. Aero bars and time trial bikes are not allowed. For the whole family: on Saturday there is a non-competitive family duathlon for children, with a medal and post-race refreshments, and the youngest athletes can make their debut in Sunday's Supersprint. This makes MTRI Alicante a weekend plan for the whole club. Getting there: the start area is right in the city centre, next to the port and a few minutes' walk from the Mercado and Luceros tram stops. As there are road closures, it is best to arrive early and park away from the course. Tips: Start hard but controlled: in a sprint, quick transitions save many seconds. Bib change: the conditions for withdrawals, refunds and changes are still marked as "coming soon" on the website. Check there whether a name change is allowed before agreeing anything. Alternatives to get a bib: register as soon as registration opens and join the waiting list on Bibready with a bib alert. No official waiting lists have been published. If the organiser allows a change of holder, a bib exchange on Bibready helps you find a replacement. FAQ: - When is it?
