Paris Marathon 2027

Cobbled streets, the Seine quays and crowds cheering from the balconies of Haussmann buildings make the Paris Marathon one of the most spectacular races in the world, celebrating its fiftieth edition in 2027. The 42.195 km course starts on the Champs-Élysées and finishes on Avenue Foch, passing landmarks such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, Notre-Dame and the Eiffel Tower, on a new route that the organisers will reveal a few weeks before race day. The race takes place on Sunday 4 April 2027 and is open to runners born on or before 31 December 2007, with water points every 2.5 km, medical assistance and live runner tracking so friends and family can follow every step. Since its first modern edition in 1976 in the Bois de Boulogne, the race has grown into a global celebration of running, and the 2027 collector t-shirt supports Binôme, an association that pairs people with disabilities with volunteer sports guides.
