Simat Trail 2027

Deep in the Valldigna valley, among the mountains that frame Simat and its monastery, the Simat Trail offers a demanding and beautiful 22 km journey through a protected natural area. The 6th edition starts at 8:30 on Saturday 6 February 2027 from Carrer Convent, with 1,200 m of positive elevation gain over 14 km of singletrack, 3.5 km of forest track and 4 km of asphalt leaving and returning to the village. Four aid stations keep runners going: water at km 4, food and drink at km 7.5 and km 14.5, and a full refreshment point at the finish. Stations are cup-free, so runners carry their own container. There is a cut-off at the km 7.5 aid station at 11:00 and an overall time limit of 5 hours. Held under the FEMECV mountain running rules, the entry includes a T-shirt and aid stations. Bibs are collected near the finish on Friday from 18:00 to 20:00 or on race morning. The race is open to runners aged 16 and over, with parental authorisation for under-18s.
