El Puerto 10K 2027

A January morning running by the Bay of Cádiz: the El Puerto 10K debuts in 2027 as the short distance of the El Puerto Half Marathon, with a shared start, the same festive atmosphere and a fast course through the streets of El Puerto de Santa María. General information: - Date: Sunday 2027-01-31. - Start: 09:00 at El Paseo shopping centre, El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz). - Finish: same place. - Distance: 10 km, on road with closed traffic. - Edition: 1st (the distance debuts in 2027). - Cut-offs shared with the half: km 5 at 40 minutes and km 10 at 1 h 10 min. - Minimum age: 18. - Organiser: Runnink, with El Puerto de Santa María Town Council and Cádiz Provincial Council. Why it is special: - It is one of the first races of the season, perfect for starting the year with a goal. - It is run in El Puerto de Santa María, by the Bay of Cádiz, with mild weather in mid-winter. - There are pacers for 40 and 50 minutes. - There are up to 4,000 bibs across both races and a great start atmosphere. Course: It covers 10 km on part of the half marathon course, starting and finishing at El Paseo shopping centre. There is an aid station at km 5 and at the finish. The courses are on the official website. Timetable: Both races start at 09:00. When registering you give your estimated time and are assigned a start corral by bib colour: corral 1 (30-40 min), 2 (41-50), 3 (51-60) and 4 (61-70). Registration and prices: Registration is online on Runnink until 23:59 on 2027-01-17 or until 4,000 entries are reached. From €15 to €25 by tier (€15 until 31 July 2026 or entry 500, €20 until 31 October or entry 750 and €25 until closing). A €0.60 booking fee is added. Bib pickup: At the expo (Runner's Fair) at El Paseo shopping centre, on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 January from 10:00 to 20:00. Bring ID and your registration email. Bibs are not handed out on race day, except with the optional Dorsal Race Day service (€9), from 07:00 to 08:00.
