About the race
Volcanic craters, Canary pine forests and the Caldera de Taburiente National Park surround El Paso, on the island of La Palma, home to the Reventón El Paso, one of the toughest mountain races in the Canary Islands. The Ultra Trail covers 70.5 km with 8,158 metres of elevation, a huge high-mountain journey across the volcanic ridges and summits of La Palma under some of the clearest skies in the world. The race takes place on Saturday 2027-04-03, with a time limit of 14 hours and places limited to 130 runners.
